The library is broken down into time segments and themes that work for you and your available time. First, there are 8 FREE Fundamental videos to learn the Pilates basics. Additionally there are 15, 30 and 45 minute videos ranging from Mat Pilates, Pilates/Barre fusion, Stretch and Foam Rolling. Something in the library will work you out as well as find relief for those used muscles.
Supplies you own
Whether you’re doing videos in the VOD library or we’re working together virtually in private sessions, you’ll only need small props for these exercises, saving you the cost of buying expensive Pilates equipment commonly found in studios.
